Sikkim

India's first fully organic state, in the shadow of Kangchenjunga, the world's third-highest peak.

Sikkim rises from subtropical valleys to alpine passes below Kangchenjunga, the world's third-highest mountain. It was India's first state to be declared fully organic and remains one of the country's cleanest and most carefully managed Himalayan destinations, with Buddhist monasteries, high-altitude lakes and rhododendron-lined trekking routes.
